We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.
IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUE OR QUALITY OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. We publish sizes of our products in product description.
- REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION
UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
The following cases will NOT be eligible under our 1-day replacement policy:
Any item that has been damaged or washed by customer.
Any item not sent in its original packaging along with the original box and inserts.
Any item not in its original condition.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging.

Note:- Due to the personal hygiene nature of this product, foot patches are not eligible for return or replacement once delivered.
We ensure that all products are thoroughly checked and packed in proper condition before dispatch. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms:
No returns, exchanges, or replacements will be accepted for this product.
Claims regarding defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
Requests without valid proof or raised after the specified time window will not be entertained.
